Chris Hendrix- Founder and CEO of Texas Construction and Maintenance Network, LLC, and Hendrix Homes, LLC. Hendrix is a veteran entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in construction, real estate, and retail businesses in Texas and Florida. Prior to recently relocating back to Texas, he was President and owner of Construction and Maintenance Network, Inc. ("CMN"), a Florida business providing total construction solutions to regional and national clients. CMN performed commercial buildouts, renovations, updates / remodels, and customized facility maintenance programs. Prior to founding CMN, Hendrix was Vice President of Construction / Real Estate for Mars Music.

Before starting his own business over a decade ago, Chris worked with numerous construction and retail companies throughout the United States. This work experience enabled him to develop customer service standards and disciplines that are used in his operations today. Chris believes that customer service and experience are the key issues when trying to pick a building/remodeling contractor. He is currently a registered building contractor in the state of Texas, License #5904. (Texas began requiring contractors to register with the Texas Residencial Commission, January of 2004. Many contractors are not yet even aware of this requirement.) In addition, Chris is licensed from the State of Florida in both residential and commercial construction.

Prior to returning to Texas in 1999, Chris operated Construction Maintenance Network, LLc which specialized in commercial build-outs, renovations, and customized facility maintenance programs. He formed TX Construction Maintenance Network, LLC in 1999 which is operated from his office/showroom, located at 645 Lewis Lane in Lucas, TX. TXCMN has grown to nearly two million dollars in annual sales generated from remodeling projects, new construction and new home building. His new home building is done under Hendrix Homes, which was formed in early 2002.
